  • ½ teaspoon paprika Note 2, sweet, powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer according to its instructions, mine needs 3 minutes to achieve a temperature of 360°F/ 180°C
  2. Season chicken: Spray or rub the chicken with oil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and the spices of choice. Place it in the basket.3 chicken breasts + oil spray or 1 teaspoon vegetable or olive oil + ½ teaspoon sweet paprika powder + ½ teaspoon fine sea salt + ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  3. Air fry for 10 minutes. Flip and cook for a further 5 minutes.
  4. Check the internal temperature; it should be 165°F/ 74°C If the chicken breast pieces are thinner or thicker, adjust the cooking time. ½ inch/ 1.2 cm thick: about 10 minutes1 inch/ 2.5 cm thick: about 15 minutes1 ½ inches/ 4 cm thick: about 20-22 minutes2 inches/ 5 cm thick: about 28–30 minutes
