Frozen Yogurt Bites

A sweet, healthy treat! These easy yogurt bites are a delicious combination of Greek yogurt, fruit and granola.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 24 ounces Greek yogurt vanilla or your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup Fresh fruit strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, peaches, banana, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup granola optional
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  1. Spoon yogurt evenly into a mini muffin tin using a spoon.
  2. Clean and slice fruit and add to top of yogurt in muffin pan.
  3. Next, add granola and mini chocolate chips, if desired.
  4. Place muffin pan in freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
  5. Remove from freezer and let set for 3-5 minutes or until yogurt bites can easily be removed.
  6. Place on cookie sheet and refreeze, if necessary.
  7. Serve straight from the freezer.
  8. Keep leftovers frozen.

Notes

  • Make sure each individual yogurt bite is completely frozen. Then, transfer them to a large freezer safe bag or airtight container.
  • Store in the coldest part of your freezer, away from the door, for about 2 months. After two months these will begin forming ice crystals and may start to freezer burn. But I don’t think you’ll have to worry about that, these will be eaten up in no time!
