Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Report
This Fruit and Yogurt Parfait layers plain yogurt sweetened with honey, fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and granola in individual jars. The fresh fruit adds brightness and natural sweetness, while granola provides a crunchy texture contrast. The parfaits are refrigerated until served, with granola best added last to retain its crispness.

Description

The recipe calls for combining honey into plain yogurt to add subtle sweetness. The yogurt is spooned into jars, interspersed with fresh sliced strawberries and measured portions of blueberries and raspberries. After a middle layer of yogurt, the remaining fruit tops each jar for a colorful presentation. The finishing touch is a sprinkle of granola for texture and flavor variety.

The combination of creamy yogurt with sweet berries and crunchy granola makes this parfait a balanced and satisfying option for breakfast or a snack. Using fresh fruit ensures the best flavor and texture, and the layered presentation in jars allows for easy portioning and serving.

The notes recommend adding granola only before serving to avoid sogginess if prepared ahead. The parfaits can be stored covered in the refrigerator for several days with granola separate to maintain freshness and texture.
