Ingredients

Servings

For the Fruit Salsa

  • 2 Gala apples
  • 2 peaches
  • 4 kiwi
  • 6 ounces raspberry
  • 1 pound strawberries
  • Fruit other fruits if desired
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry preserves

For Cinnamon Chips

  • 10 flour tortillas raw
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 cups white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.

For Fruit Salsa

  1. While oven is preheating, chop all the fruit into small pieces and mix together in a large bowl.
  2. Add white sugar, brown sugar, and raspberry preserves. Stir to combine.

For Cinnamon Chips

  1. Combine cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush each side of the raw tortillas with melted butter. Sprinkle both sides generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  3. Using a pizza cutter, slice each tortilla into 8 pieces, just like you would a pizza. Place the slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until golden brown and until desired crispiness.
  5. Remove from baking sheet with spatula immediately after you take them out of the oven. Let cool completely and serve with fruit salsa.
