Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips pairs a fresh fruit medley with warm, crisp cinnamon-sugar tortilla wedges. The salsa combines diced kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries sweetened lightly with honey and brightened with lime juice. The cinnamon chips add a crunchy, sweet-spiced contrast, creating a balance of fruity freshness and warm cinnamon flavor.

Description

The fruit salsa is a mix of diced and halved fresh berries and kiwi, tossed with honey to add gentle sweetness and lime juice to provide acidity and brightness. This combination enhances the individual fruit flavors while creating a juicy, textured salsa.

For the chips, flour tortillas are cut into wedges, brushed with melted butter, and coated with cinnamon and sugar. Baking them until golden produces crisp chips with a sweet-spiced flavor that complements the tangy fruit salsa. Serving the salsa alongside these chips creates an engaging mix of cool, juicy fruit and warm, crunchy bites.
