Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Pita Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 pound strawberry diced
  • 2 green apple diced; Granny Smith variety
  • 2 kiwi diced
  • ½ cup blueberries diced
  • 1 Mango diced
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Cinnamon Pita Chips

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the 1 pound diced strawberries, 2 diced Granny Smith apples, 2 diced kiwis, ½ cup diced blueberries, 1 diced mango, 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, and 2 teaspoons lemon juice.

Cinnamon Pita Chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Lay the 8 flour tortillas out and brush them with the 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle the ¼ cup granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon on top.
  2. Use a pizza cutter to cut the tortillas into triangles and lay them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until they become crisp.
  3. Serve the fruit salsa with the cinnamon pita chips to dip.
