Ingredients
For the Sangria:
- 6 achets Emergen-C tangerine (or any flavor) sachets, always use 1 sachet per serving ( i.e per person)
- 6 cups water regular or carbonated (1 cup / 8ounce per serving
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple juice (can use orange, mango)
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup apple thinly sliced
- 1 cup blackberry
- 1 cup raspberry
- 1 cup kiwi thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cup tangerine segments
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup grapes
For the Salmon Bites:
- 3-4 ounces salmon cut up into an inch cubes-so about 1.5 pounds, wild caught, per person
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- clementine juice juice of 1 clementine
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli cooked or raw, florets
Extra Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons sangria (recipe above) without fruits
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Notes
- I found that leftovers of non-alcoholic sangria make an amazing milkshake when blended with some coconut milk, regular milk or vanilla yogurt! Absolutely delicious!
- Instead of Emergen-C, substitute the water in the sangria recipe for a 1:1 mix of tangerine juice and water mixed with a 1/4 cup of lemon juice!
