Fully Loaded Cauliflower Garlic "Bread"

This Fully Loaded Cauliflower Garlic "Bread" combines riced cauliflower, eggs, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, green onions, and bacon to create a grain-free, baked bread alternative. The mixture is formed into a thin rectangle and baked until lightly browned, then topped with more cheese, onions, and crispy bacon for added flavor and texture. The result is a savory, slightly crispy bread substitute that can be sliced and served warm as a snack or side dish.

Description

The Fully Loaded Cauliflower Garlic "Bread" recipe starts with riced cauliflower mixed with beaten eggs, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder to form a dough-like base. After spreading this mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet, it is baked at 350 degrees until edges brown slightly and the surface firms up. The bread is then topped with shredded cheese, chopped green onions, and cooked bacon slices before a brief return to the oven melts the cheese and crisps the toppings.

This method yields a bread alternative that has a tender but firm texture due to the cauliflower and eggs binding. The garlic powder and cheddar add a savory depth, while the bacon and green onions contribute salty and fresh notes. The dish offers a way to enjoy a bread-like experience with different ingredients.

You can slice the warm "bread" into squares for serving. It fits well as a side or snack, adding a vegetable component with a flavorful profile. It can be served on its own or potentially with dips.
