Garlic Aioli Sauce Recipe

Garlic aioli sauce is a creamy, flavorful sauce perfect for dipping veggies, spreading on sandwiches, or topping your favorite dishes.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all the garlic aioli ingredients in a medium bowl.

Notes

  • Don't be afraid of the garlic! I know some people are worried about using too much garlic and overpowering the other flavors, but garlic makes this sauce so delicious. If you're worried, you can always start with one clove and add more to taste.
  • Let it sit. Once you've mixed up your aioli, let it sit in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. 
  • This garlic aioli recipe is a great base, but make it your own. Add some chopped herbs like basil or parsley or even a little Dijon mustard for some extra tang.
