Cheesy garlic bread nachos is the best new way to eat garlic bread! This recipe is quick, easy and & the perfect appetizer for a party or Italian feast!

Ingredients
- 1 loaf Garlic bread cubed
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp white truffle oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Arrange the garlic bread cubes on a sheet pan.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheeses evenly over the garlic bread.
- Dollop the ricotta cheese around the garlic bread.
- Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the cheese.
- Place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Turn the oven broiler to low and continue cooking for an additional 2 minutes under the broiler.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with white truffle oil.
