Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup garlic cloves, peeled
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tick butter soft, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper

Variations to add on

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons herbs thyme or rosemary

Notes

  • If you want to make this garlic butter sauce even more creamy then you can add cream to it. To do this effectively just add the cream to the sauce and simmer it all for a few minutes string to make sure its all well combined.
  • You can also adapt this garlic butter sauce so you have a moreish garlic dipping sauce that you can dip just about anything in for a garlicky kick. All you need to do is melt the butter and you have your dipping sauce.
  • Pizza and garlic are lovely together so you can adapt this sauce just for pizza. Just melt the sauce and add a hint of oregano for a lovely pizza garlic butter dipping sauce. 
  • Don't overcook the garlic in the olive oil.
  • The olive oil that you strain is amazing and flavorful to use separately. 
  • That garlic will be soft and sweet and full of flavor once cooked.
  • A food processor is your best friend to make the sauce, however you can use a mortar and pestle.
  • Use endless variations and flavoring to make this sauce super versatile.
  • BEST way to use this sauce is to melt it and spoon it over the food. You can likewise throw it in your pan while cooking and it will melt well to create the sauce.
  • Make double and triple batches and store them in your freezer portioned for elevating your everyday meals!
