Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen French fries 26 ounces
- 6 cloves garlic very finely minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Bake the frozen French fries on a baking sheet according to the package instructions until they are golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, combine the finely minced garlic with olive oil in a small skillet.
- Warm the garlic and olive oil over low-medium heat for about 15-30 seconds, just until the garlic is fragrant but not browned.
- Place the hot, crispy fries into a large mixing bowl.
- Pour the warm garlic oil over the fries and sprinkle with kosher salt. Toss everything together to coat the fries evenly.
- Garnish the loaded garlic fries with chopped parsley, serve immediately, and devour!
