Ingredients
- ¼ cup neutral cooking oil vegetable, olive or avocado, generic cooking oil
- 1 pound Green bean washed and trimmed, fresh
- 4 garlic minced, small cloves
- 1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Over medium heat, in a nonstick skillet, heat the oil; add the green beans, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir to combine well.
- Cover the green beans with a lid and bring the temperature down to low. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
