Description
This recipe combines fresh salmon with a prepared mixture of Parmesan, fresh parsley and dill, softened unsalted butter, minced garlic, garlic parsley salt, and orange juice. The butter is softened to blend evenly and distributed over the fillets on a foil-lined baking sheet. Baking at 415°F for approximately 15 minutes cooks the salmon through while allowing the herb butter topping to flavor the surface.

Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon fillet
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbsp parsley chopped, fresh
- 3 tbsp dill fresh
- 4 tbsp butter softened, unsalted
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp garlic parsley salt adjust to taste
- 3 garlic cloves
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine parmesan cheese, parsley, dill, butter, garlic, garlic parsley salt, and orange juice. Allow the butter to soften to room temperature first to make it easier to create a smooth spread.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place salmon fillets on top. Top off each piece with a hefty spoon of your herb garlic butter.
- Bake salmon at 415°F for about 15 minutes. Use a fork to check if the fish flakes apart easily to ensure it has cooked all the way through. Check that the internal temperature has reached 145°F at the thickest part of the fillet if you are unsure.
