Garlic Herb Sauteed Mushrooms
Description
Garlic Herb Sauteed Mushrooms combine tender cremini mushrooms with flavor from sautéed garlic and fresh parsley. The mushrooms are cleaned, dried, then cooked briefly in olive oil over medium heat until tender but still retaining their bite. Light seasoning with salt and a finishing touch of Parmesan cheese brings out the mushroom's natural umami and adds a mild nutty note. The quick cooking method preserves texture while infusing garlic and herb flavors.
This side dish complements a variety of meals that call for a vegetable with a savory depth and soft but firm texture. It can be served immediately after cooking to enjoy the fresh garlic aroma.
