Ingredients
- 480 gms – 3 cups all-purpose or bread flour
- 7 gms – 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 60 ml – ¼ cup milk
- 265 ml – 1 cup + 2 tbsp lukewarm water
- 4 cloves garlic minced (I used a garlic press)
- 55 gms – 4 tbsp salted butter melted
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley or 1 tbsp fresh chopped Italian parsley
