Garlic Lemon Grilled Asparagus with Feta Cheese

Garlic & lemon give great flavor to this grilled asparagus recipe, topped with feta cheese for a delicious side dish at your next BBQ!

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Vinaigrette Dressing red wine and olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic dried, minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 lb asparagus fresh
- ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk the red wine & olive oil vinaigrette with the garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt & pepper.
- Place the asparagus in a foil basket.
- Pour the sauce over the asparagus, then place on the grill over medium heat.
- Grill for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the grill, transfer to a serving plate and top with the feta cheese.
