Garlic Mustard Chicken
Description
Garlic Mustard Chicken features boneless, skinless chicken breasts marinated in a blend of spicy brown mustard, olive oil, and fresh minced garlic. The marinade is prepared by mixing the ingredients and then coating the chicken fully, which is left in the refrigerator for at least six hours or overnight. This time allows the mustard and garlic flavors to deeply permeate the meat.
After marinating, the chicken is grilled at a high temperature (400°F), cooking for 6 to 10 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Grilling imparts a lightly charred exterior while keeping the interior moist and succulent.
This chicken is served alongside vegetables, making for a balanced and flavorful main dish. The combination of mustard’s tanginess and garlic’s aroma complement the grilled meat nicely.
