  • 1 lb green beans trimmed, washed, and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Add green beans onto a large baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on minced garlic. Use hands to combine and rearrange back into a single layer.
  3. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until lightly golden. No need to stir green beans while roasting.
  4. Serve green beans warm with your favorite meal.

Notes

  • MAKE AHEAD: prepare the green beans as instructed. Store in an oven-proof dish tightly covered with plastic wrap in the fridge for 1 day. Follow the reheating instructions.
  • STORAGE: leftover roasted string beans with garlic can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days.
  • REHEAT: reheat in a low oven (300 degrees F) for 5-10 minutes, until warm. Or, pop a bunch in the microwave until warmed through.
