Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Garlic Shrimp Pasta features spaghetti tossed with shrimp cooked in a garlicky, spiced sauce made with Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, white wine, lemon juice, butter, cream, and chicken broth. The dish combines tender pasta with succulent shrimp and a creamy, mildly spicy sauce complemented by fresh parsley, offering a balanced and rich flavor profile.

Description

This recipe combines spaghetti cooked in salted water with shrimp seasoned with Old Bay seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. The shrimp is sautéed in olive oil with minced garlic until just cooked, then removed from the pan.

The pan is deglazed with white wine and lemon juice before adding butter, heavy cream, and chicken broth to create a sauce that simmers until slightly reduced. Returning the shrimp to the skillet and stirring in cooked pasta and parsley completes the dish with a creamy texture and zesty notes.

Serving this pasta is best immediately to enjoy the tender shrimp and the creamy sauce that clings to the noodles. The combination of spices and acidity in the sauce balances richness and brightness.
