  • 6 cloves garlic thinly sliced
  • red pepper flakes to taste
  • pounds Shrimp peeled and deveined, large
  • kosher salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup parsley chopped, fresh

  1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until garlic is golden, about 2 minutes, being careful not to burn.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet, sprinkle with salt and paprika, and sauté for 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
