Ingredients
- 2 cups diced peaches approximately 2 large peaches
- 1/3 /3 cup red onion diced
- 1 small jalapeño seeded and diced
- 1/4 /4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 fresh lime juiced
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Stir together all ingredients, adding salt to taste as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container. The salsa is best eaten the day of making.
