This homemade gluten free garlic bread is total comfort food! It is bursting with fresh garlic flavor. Each piece is buttery with crispy edges and a soft tender middle.

Ingredients
- 12 slices gluten free bread
- 6 tbsp butter softened
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- pinch sea salt
- pinch ground pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, sea salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
- Spread butter mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Continue for all bread.
- Wrap bread in tin foil. Place in a casserole dish or on baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Optional: broil on high for 1 to 2 minutes, watching closely.
- Finally, remove from oven and serve!
Notes
- Any type of gluten free bread can be used. I used Schar white bread.
- Use softened butter.
- For crispier bread, broil for 1 to 2 minutes on high. Carefully watch bread to prevent burning.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- This bread freezes well.
