Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- ½ tsp sea salt optional
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, add all ingredients. Toss until cashews are completely coated.
- Arrange cashews in an even layer on the lined pan.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cashews are golden brown.
- Finally, remove from oven. Allow nuts to cool for 10 minutes before carefully removing from pan. Leave in large chunks or break up into individual cashews.
Notes
- Any type of cashews work, but I recommend using unflavored.
- Both roasted and raw cashews can be used.
- If desired, make this recipe using peanuts.
- For dairy free, substitute butter with melted coconut oil or dairy free butter.
- Keep a close eye on the cashews. Honey can easily burn.
- Use a rimmed baking pan. This prevents any leaks.
- Store in an airtight container for up to up to 2 weeks.
