- Peel skin away from garlic bulb. Separate the garlic cloves.
- Add peeled garlic cloves to a blender or food processor. Blend until garlic is minced.
- Remove from blender. Store in a jar with lid in the fridge or use immediately. If storing, top off with a little olive oil to keep it moist and flavorful.
Knife Instructions
- Peel skin away from garlic bulb. Separate the garlic cloves.
- Place garlic clove on its side on a cutting board. Use knife to press down firmly on the clove. Smash the clove, breaking open the garlic skin.
- Use knife to finely dice garlic cloves.
- Store in a jar with lid in the fridge or use immediately. If storing, top off with a little olive oil to keep it moist and flavorful.

- Be sure to use a large, sharp knife.
