Giant Turkey Meatball Parmesan

This recipe creates a giant turkey meatball shaped as an oval loaf using lean ground turkey combined with seasoned breadcrumbs, Pecorino Romano cheese, egg, garlic, tomato paste, parsley, and salt. After baking uncovered until cooked through, the meatloaf is topped with marinara sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese, then baked briefly to melt the cheese. The meatball is sliced into eight pieces for serving. It delivers a balanced texture with a flavorful interior and a warm cheesy topping, ideal for a hearty meal.

Description

Giant Turkey Meatball Parmesan combines lean ground turkey with seasonings and cheese to form a substantial oval-shaped loaf that bakes evenly. The seasoned breadcrumbs and egg help bind the mixture, while tomato paste and garlic add depth of flavor. Baking uncovered at 350°F allows the meatball to cook fully with a slight crust on top. Adding marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese at the end creates a warm, melty layer that complements the turkey meat. Slicing the meatball into eight pieces makes it easy to serve as a main course. This recipe offers a leaner alternative to traditional beef meatballs without sacrificing richness from the cheese and sauce.
