  • 5.3 oz yogurt plain, Greek
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

Lemon Glaze:

  • 1 Tablespoon butter melted
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping:

  • Honey Granules C&H® brand

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and poppy seeds.
