Gluten Free Freezer Friendly Breakfast Sandwiches
Description
Gluten Free Freezer Friendly Breakfast Sandwiches combine individual baked egg patties made with eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, with gluten-free flaxseed English muffins and cheddar cheese slices. The eggs are baked as a sheet and then cut into rounds to fit the muffins, making assembly efficient and standardized. The muffins provide a soft base with added fiber from flaxseed, while the melted cheddar adds a familiar creamy and sharp note.
The baking method for the eggs produces a firm but tender texture, preventing crumble when stacked and frozen. These sandwiches can be wrapped and kept in the freezer for convenient grab-and-go mornings or quick reheating. They are suitable for those avoiding gluten and seeking a make-ahead breakfast solution that maintains quality after freezing.
