Gluten Free Garlic Cheddar Biscuits

These gluten free biscuits are filled with garlic flavor and cheddar cheese, just like the Red Lobster favorites, but gluten free!

Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour blend
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 cup milk
- ¾ cup butter melted, unsalted
Topping
- ¼ cup butter melted
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, garlic powder and cheddar cheese together in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk and butter together.
- Add to the flour mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Drop by 10 large spoonfuls onto a baking stone.
- Bake 12 minutes.
- While the biscuits are in the oven whisk the melted butter and garlic powder together for the topping.
- Remove biscuits from the oven brush with the topping then place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes.
