Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef lean
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 egg large
  • 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano dried

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  3. Form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have an internal temperature of 165°F.
