Gluten Free Spaghetti with Simple Meat Sauce

This recipe offers a gluten-free take on classic spaghetti with a rich meat sauce made from ground beef, diced tomatoes, and a variety of herbs and spices. The sauce simmers gently on the stove, allowing flavors to meld and develop a balanced taste with the sweetness of carrots and brown sugar. The texture combines tender pasta with a hearty, saucy meat topping, providing a satisfying meal that accommodates gluten-free diets without compromising the familiar experience of spaghetti.

Description

Gluten Free Spaghetti with Simple Meat Sauce brings together ground beef browned and combined with sautéed onions, garlic, and carrots to create a robust base. Tomato elements including sauce and paste, along with water and a blend of basil, oregano, bay leaves, and brown sugar, simmer over medium-low heat for up to four hours. This slow simmer builds a thick, rich sauce that clings to gluten-free spaghetti. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, it’s tossed with the sauce and can be garnished with Parmesan cheese, adding a savory finishing touch. The method ensures tender noodles complement a well-rounded sauce textured with vegetables and savory spices, making this an accessible homemade pasta dish suitable for gluten-intolerant diners.
