Greek Chicken Bowls make for a tasty, healthy, and filling meal. Customized them to your liking, they are perfect for meal prep lunches and dinners packed with a lot of Greek flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
- 1 teaspoon avocado oil
- 2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
- 1⅓ cup cooked orzo (I recommend Parmesan Orzo)
- 1⅓ cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced English cucumber
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup kalamata olives
- ¾ cup tzatziki
- fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions
- Add the avocado oil to a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and season with the Greek seasoning. Sear the chicken on all sides and cook through. Remove from the skillet.
- Divide the chicken, orzo, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta, and kalamata olives between 4 bowls.
- Top each bowl with 3 tablespoons of tzatziki and fresh herbs.
