This Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad is filled with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, garbanzo beans, and feta.

Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce) garbanzo bean rinsed and drained, canned
- 2 cucumber seeded, halved lengthwise, and sliced; peel optional
- 1 pint cherry tomato halved
- 1/2 /2 red onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 6 ounce black olives drained and chopped coarsely, canned, sliced
- 1/2 /2 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 /2 cup Italian salad dressing style
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice fresh
- 1/2 /2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 /2 teaspoon black pepper ground
Instructions
- Toss everything together except the feta in a large bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Toss feta in before serving.
