Ingredients

  • 2 (15 ounce) garbanzo bean rinsed and drained, canned
  • 2 cucumber seeded, halved lengthwise, and sliced; peel optional
  • 1 pint cherry tomato halved
  • 1/2 /2 red onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 6 ounce black olives drained and chopped coarsely, canned, sliced
  • 1/2 /2 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 /2 cup Italian salad dressing style
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice fresh
  • 1/2 /2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 /2 teaspoon black pepper ground

Instructions

  1. Toss everything together except the feta in a large bowl. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Toss feta in before serving.
