Greek Layered Dip

This Greek layered dip is the perfect 10-minute party appetizer that's a total crowd pleaser. Serve this dip with pita chips or fresh veggie and watch it disappear!

Ingredients
- 2 cups prepared hummus
- ½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
- ½ cup finely diced cucumber
- ½ cup seeded and diced tomato
- ¼ cup sliced kalamata olives
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts
Instructions
- Spread the hummus in an even layer in a serving dish that can hold at least 3 cups.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese over the hummus.
- In a medium bowl place the cucumber, tomato, olives, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine.
- Spoon the cucumber mixture over the feta cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the parsley and pine nuts over the top. Serve immediately with pita chips.
