Greek Nachos

Try these mouthwatering Greek Nachos layered with garlicky hummus, tangy feta, and fresh toppings!

Ingredients

  • 6 oz hummus your favorite
  • 4 pita bread sliced into wedges, rounds
  • 1 pint cherry tomato halved
  • 1 English cucumber diced
  • 1 cup kalamata olives halved, pitted
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • parsley optional, chopped, fresh

Instructions

  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet or serving platter with parchment paper.
  2. Place the hummus bowl or tub in the center of the baking sheet. Arrange the pita wedges around the edges of the sheet or serving platter.
  3. Making alternate sections, evenly divide the tomatoes, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, and red onion around the hummus. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley.
