  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice from ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon feta brine see notes
  • 1 tablespoons dill chopped, fresh
  • ½ teaspoon oregano dried
  • ¼ teaspoon salt sea salt
  • 1 clove garlic very finely minced

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Whisk until well combined. (If you're not using the dressing right away, you can add the ingredients to a jar with a lid then shake the jar when you're ready.)
  3. Use the dressing right away or store it in your fridge in a jar for up to 10 days.

Notes

  • Use the best extra virgin olive oil you have to enhance the dressing’s flavor.
  • If your feta cheese is not packed in brine, omit the feta brine and add a small pinch of salt instead.
