Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe

This Greek Yogurt Parfait features layers of creamy nonfat Greek yogurt mixed with lime zest and honey, combined with fresh diced kiwi (or preferred berries) in both puree and whole form. Layers of crunchy granola add texture contrast, while optional mint brings a fresh note. The parfait offers a balance of tart, sweet, and fresh flavors served in an elegant layered presentation.

Description

The Greek Yogurt Parfait Recipe uses plain nonfat Greek yogurt blended with lime zest and honey to provide a subtly sweet base. Half of the fresh kiwi (or chosen berries) is pureed and folded into the yogurt, giving it a bright fruity flavor and slight color variation. This mixture is layered with crunchy granola and remaining diced fruit to provide texture contrast and fresh bursts of flavor.

Assembling in individual glasses or mason jars creates an appealing layered dessert or breakfast option. The optional mint garnish adds a touch of herbal freshness to the presentation and flavor.
