Green Bean Fries

Green Bean Fries are fresh green beans coated in seasoned flour, dipped in an egg and milk wash, then rolled in a flavorful breadcrumb mixture enriched with Parmesan cheese and spices. Baked until crisp and golden, these fries offer a crunchy outer texture with tender green beans inside. They can be served as a savory snack, side dish, or appetizer with optional parsley garnish.

Description

This recipe transforms green beans into a fried-style snack by first trimming and coating them in a seasoned flour mix, followed by an egg and milk bath, and then rolling them in a breadcrumb mixture composed of Italian-seasoned crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, grated Parmesan cheese, and olive oil. Baking at a high temperature crisps the coating while cooking the beans to tender-crisp perfection. The result is a golden-brown exterior with a lightly spiced flavor and a subtle cheese undertone that complements the fresh vegetable. Garnishing with chopped parsley adds a touch of color and freshness. These Green Bean Fries can be served warm as an alternative to traditional fries or as a side to a main dish.
