Ingredients
- 1 cup water cold
- 1 romaine lettuce heart full
- 1-2 ounces baby spinach
- 1 banana chopped, frozen
- ½ pink lady apple or Fuji apple
- ½ lemon peel removed
- 1 knob ginger fresh, about 1 inch
- 4-5 leaves mint fresh
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Instructions
- Place water, romaine and spinach into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the lemon, banana, apple, ginger, mint and chia seeds. Blend on high until banana has been completely pureed and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy.
