Green Goddess Dressing

Whip up this green goddess salad dressing for—you guessed it—salads, or use it on a wrap, or as a veggie dip. It's delicious and quick to prepare!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup PLAIN yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup parsley fresh
  • ½ cup green onions white and green parts
  • ½ cup basil fresh
  • 1 clove garlic crushed or minced (just make sure it gets chopped when you puree it with the blender!)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Puree together in a blender. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 or 5 days. Shake before each use.
