Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach fresh
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice juice from two lemons approximately
- 1 small shallot chopped
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 2 cloves fresh garlic
- 1/4 cup chives
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
