Green Goddess Immune Boosting Soup

Green Goddess Immune Boosting Soup is a blended mix of baby spinach, garlic, fresh ginger, cayenne, turmeric, and optional wasabi powder, combined with chicken broth and coconut milk. The resulting soup is smooth, warm, and vibrantly green with a mildly spicy and earthy flavor profile. Garnishes add texture and cool creaminess.

Description

This soup consists of fresh leafy greens and immune-supporting spices such as turmeric, cayenne, ginger, and optional wasabi powder blended with garlic and chicken or vegetable broth alongside coconut milk. This blend is pureed until smooth and steaming hot, creating a creamy textured soup with an earthy and bright flavor accented by mild heat and citrus from lemon or lime juice. The coconut milk softens and unifies the flavors into a balanced, nourishing bowl.

The light, blended nature makes it comforting and easy to consume, especially when garnished with lightly steamed broccoli, a drizzle of thinned Greek yogurt or coconut milk for creaminess, and chia seeds for texture. These garnishes provide contrast and added nutrients while complementing the soup's warmth and slight spice.
