- 1 cup green olives , pitted and roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon white onion , grated
- 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper , minced
- 1 tablespoon capers , rinsed and minced
- 1 tablespoon carrot , grated
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
