- 8 ounces cream cheese full-fat, softened, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sour cream or thick Greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups green onion chopped
- 2 tablespoon dried parsley or 1/4 cup fresh
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to a food processor or blender.
- Blend till the mixture is creamy and smooth. No lumps of cream cheese must remain.
- Add the chopped green onion to the mixture.
- Pulse the onion dip until the onions reach the desired size. If you want a chunkier onion dip, then pulse less. If you want a smoother onion dip, pulse more.
- Transfer the green onion dip to a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with a few chopped green onions as a garnish. Serve with chips, crackers, or sliced vegetales.
