- 2 sweet onion chopped
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 /2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 /2 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Mix onion, cheeses, and mayonnaise together in a mixing bowl. Pour into a small baking dish and bake until cheese has melted and become bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve.
