Description
Green Smoothie Bowl combines frozen mango, baby spinach, protein milk, and yogurt for a smooth, naturally sweet base with a touch of creaminess. Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango frozen
- 1/3 cup Mango diced
- 1 cup baby spinach loose
- 1/3 cup strawberries
- 1 banana (halved and divided)
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes unsweetened
- 1/2 cup protein milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (I used dairy-free cocoyo)
Instructions
- Blend half the banana with the frozen mango, spinach, protein milk and yogurt.
- Pour in a bowl and top with diced mango, strawberries and coconut flakes.
