Green Tamarind Chutney

A sweet, spicy and tangy chutney made with tamarind, mint and green chilies.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup mint fresh
  • ½ cup Coriander fresh
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ inch ginger piece
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 3-4 tablespoon tamarind pulp or 1 tablespoon tamarind concentrate mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • water as required

Instructions

  1. Add everything except water to a mini blender and blitz till combined and smooth.
  2. Dilute with water until you get the consistency you like.
  3. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for upto 2 weeks.
