Grilled Chicken Tenders
Description
This recipe calls for boneless, skinless chicken tenders which are coated with a marinade composed of olive oil, fresh lemon juice, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. The marinade infuses the chicken with a zesty and herbaceous flavor.
The chicken is grilled over medium-high heat, roughly at 350°F, for 4 to 6 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. The brief grilling helps retain moisture while achieving slight charring and appealing grill marks.
Once rested briefly off heat, the chicken is ready to serve and pairs well with sides like salads, grilled vegetables, or rice dishes. The fresh parsley sprinkled on top adds color and subtle herbal freshness.
Marinate the tenders for a minimum of 20 minutes to enhance flavor, or up to 8 hours if time allows. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for up to 5 days.

- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 Tbsp parsley chopped, fresh
Instructions
- Preheat your grill over medium high heat to approximately 350 degrees F. Spray the grill grates with a non-stick cooking spray or rub with oil to prevent the chicken from sticking to the grates.

- Gently place the chicken tenders on the grill. Grill for 4-6 minutes, flip the chicken and then grill for 4-6 more minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Move the chicken to a plate, let it set for at least 5 minutes. Then serve warm and enjoy!
