Grilled Chicken Tenders
Description
Chicken breast tenders are marinated for at least 20 minutes in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. This imparts a citrusy, herby flavor and helps keep the meat moist during cooking. After marinating, the tenders are grilled over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side until cooked through and lightly charred. Sprinkling chopped parsley before serving adds freshness and color, while lemon wedges provide the option to add extra brightness at the table. The simple ingredients and quick grilling make this a straightforward chicken dish that highlights tender texture and herbaceous seasoning.
