  • 3 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 ounces goat cheese
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper roasted
  • 10 lices salami
  • honey
  • red pepper flakes
  • Reynolds Foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill on high heat, about 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Tear a large square of Reynolds Foil and brush it with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  2. Roll the 1 store bought pizza dough onto the foil and top with 3 tablespoons pizza sauce, 4 ounces grated Mozzarella cheese, 4 ounces goat cheese, ¼ cup roasted red peppers, and 10 slices salami.
  3. Pick up the edges of the foil and place it directly on the grill. Close the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges begin to char.
  4. Remove the pizza from the grill and transfer it to a cutting board. Drizzle with honey and red pepper flakes before serving.
